Alexander Schabel, Head of Sustainable Business Development, will also represent the Borderstep Institute at Hannover Messe 2019. During the session Green.Grow.Fly! The study is based on data collected through an online questionnaire from 1,158 innovative and growth-oriented companies that are less than 10 years old and have their headquarters in Germany.

The panel “Green.Grow. Fly! Kapital für Umwelt Start-ups” takes place within the Young Tech Enterprise Forum and is an event of KUER.NRW and KNUW.NRW in cooperation with Business Angels Network.

The session highlights market opportunities and financing possibilities for young innovative companies in the KUER future industries of climate, environment, energy efficiency and resource conservation from different perspectives. Following inputs and field reports from young founders, networks, investors, the presentation of the Green Start-up Monitor and an international outlook on Sweden, the panel will discuss trends, success factors and challenges for green start-ups.
