Alina Haenler

Alina Haenler supports the Borderstep team as a student assistant in the field of Sustainable Entrepreneurship. She is part of the StartGreen editorial team, which manages the portal of the same name for the green start-up scene.

Alina is currently studying Geographical Sciences at the Freie Universität von Berlin in the Bachelor’s program. She is particularly interested in the geography of global change under the guiding principle of sustainability.

Alina Haenler developed her passion for her academic subject during her school days and organized an exchange school place in New Zealand. Later she explored Southeast Asia and Australia as well as Europe and studied with ERASMUS for two semesters in Montpellier (France). As one of six sisters, however, she always likes to return to her family and her hometown Berlin.
