Annika Reiß supports the Borderstep team as a student assistant in the field of communication and public relations as well as in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship. She is involved in the HotFlad project and is part of the editorial team of the StartGreen portal, the platform for the green start-up scene.
She is currently studying history and journalism and communication sciences at the Freie Universität Berlin with a bachelor’s degree and a special interest in the history of medicine and science.
Annika Reiß grew up on the North Sea. That’s why she is particularly interested in everything to do with waste and plastic avoidance as well as projects and innovations for cleaning the oceans when it comes to sustainability.
She spends her free time at the sewing machine and as often as possible outdoors in nature.

In this statement, the association refers to the climate protection contribution of digitisation in buildings.
