Lina Reifegerste

Lina Reifegerste supports the Borderstep research team as a master’s student in the field of digitisation.

She is currently pursuing her second master’s degree in Futures Studies at Freie Universität Berlin. Previously, she earned a master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Leipzig and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

She gained her first practical experience in the sustainability transformation of the economy and businesses as a sustainability consultant. She also furthered her qualifications as an education officer for sustainable development.

Lina Reifegerste is particularly passionate about the question of how the economy and society can be made more ecologically and socially just. Above all: What transformation processes are necessary to achieve this?

In her free time, Lina enjoys taking fitness classes, listens to everything from current podcasts to classic radio plays, and takes great pleasure in dog-sitting for others.
