Business development trip for companies involved in green IT
As part of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) Energy Efficiency Export Initiative (Energy Efficiency made in Germany), a green IT business delegation made a trip to San Francisco in California from November 2 to 6, 2015. Dr. Severin Beucker, co-founder and CEO of the Borderstep Institute, accompanied the delegation on the trip as an expert speaker.
The trip aims in particular at helping SMEs from Germany to develop new target markets and was organized by the German American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco (GACC West) in cooperation with the energiewaechter agency.
As part of the AHK Business Trip, a specialist conference was held in Palo Alto, San Francisco on November 3, 2015. The expert speakers were Dr. Severin Beucker (Borderstep Institute for Innovation and Sustainability) and Dr. Lutz Stobbe (Fraunhofer IZM Berlin).
