Working jointly with the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), Borderstep is developing a network and a “green innovation bridge” connecting the US in particular California, and Germany.

The City of Los Angeles launched its cleantech business incubator in 2011 to accelerate development of cleantech start-ups by offering flexible office space, CEO coaching and mentoring and access to a growing network of experts and investors.

The Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator identifies local talent, nurtures it and helps get it on the market, resulting in more jobs and a bigger green economy in Los Angeles and beyond. LACI was recognized as a “Top 10 Global Incubator 2014” by the UBI Index.
